Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of rotation of the hips to female stress urinary incontinence. Methods Sixty-two patients diagnosed as mild to moderate urinary incontinence were divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (32 cases) by random number table. The study group was given hips maneuver, and the control group was given pelvic floor muscle exercise (Kegel ), Two groups of treatment are 16 weeks. The 1 h urine pad test, pelvic floor muscle potential test and urinary incontinence questionnaire table (ICI-Q-SF) were used for evaluation. Results After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle electric potential intensity of the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment (P <0.05). The urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF score of 1-hour urine pad test were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment for 16 weeks in study group, there was significant difference between each index and control group (P <0.05). No adverse events occurred. Conclusions Rotation of the hips to the urinary incontinence can improve the function of urinary incontinence, which is worth promoting.
