应用心机图测定3个不同海拔地区(76、2 261、4 179m)健康男、女各100名的心功能指标。结果显示总电机械收缩时间(QS_2)、左室射血时间(LVET)、射血前期(PEF)与心率呈负相关,而Weissler回归方程在高原不适用。用本文推导的高原地区回归方程测定心脏收缩间期(STI)指数值显示,随着海拔增高,射血前期(PEPI)延长,左室射血时间(LVET)I缩短,FEP/LVET比值增大,对这一变化的机理进行了探讨,认为可能是长期低氧适应的反应,标志高原人有较大的心肌收缩潜力。
The cardiogram was used to determine the cardiac function indexes of 100 healthy men and women in 3 different altitude regions (76,2261,4179m). The results showed that the total mechanical contraction time (QS_2), left ventricular ejection time (LVET), pre ejection (PEF) and heart rate was negatively correlated, and Weissler regression equation is not applicable in the plateau.
