办公室在机关和企事业单位的运转中处于枢纽地位,其是企业党委和行政的综合办事机构,在大事上能为领导出谋划策,并能协调各方面的工作。办公室的工作涉及到企业的方方面面,办公室的管理水平直接关系到企事业单位的运行,直接反应了企事业单位的整体管理质量和运行水平。所以办公室管理至关重要。本文在简要简述办公室管理的作用后分析了目前办公室管理中存在的问题,并提出了完善办公室管理的对策。
The office is in a pivotal position in the operation of organs, enterprises and public institutions. It is an integrated office of the party committees and administrative departments of enterprises. It can provide advice to leaders on major issues and coordinate various aspects of work. The work of the office involves all aspects of the enterprise. The management level of the office is directly related to the operation of enterprises and institutions and directly reflects the overall management quality and operation level of the enterprises and institutions. So office management is crucial. After briefly explaining the function of office management, this paper analyzes the existing problems in office management and puts forward some countermeasures to improve office management.
