目的 :观察白内障摘除空气填充前房人工晶体植入术临床应用的效果及其并发症。方法 :除了截囊方法不同和不用粘弹物外 ,其余均按常规ECCE +IOL方法完成白内障摘除人工晶体植入术。结果 :146例 (152眼 )病人在术后一周内视力恢复至≤ 0 .1者 3眼 ,占 1.9% ;0 .2~ 0 .5者82眼 ,占 54% ;0 .6~ 0 .8者 57眼 ,占 38% ;0 .9~ 1.0以上者 10眼 ,占 6 %。一个月后查视力结果 :≥ 0 .5~ 0 .9者 10 4眼 ,占 6 8% ;≥ 1.0以上者 2 4眼 ,占 16 %。常见的并发症是 :角膜水肿和内皮混浊 (71眼 ,占 4 6 % )、葡萄膜炎性反应 (4 5眼 ,占 2 9% )、前囊膜部分残留 (6眼 ,占 3.2 % )、皮质残留(10眼 ,占 6 .5% )、后囊膜破裂引起玻璃体脱出导致瞳孔欠圆 (7眼 ,占 4 .6 % )。结论 :用空气填充前房进行人工晶体植入术 ,是一种操作简便、经济实用的方法 ,它可以不用昂贵的粘弹剂 ,手术时间短、组织损伤小、并发症少、视力恢复好等优点。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect and complications of cataract extraction air filled anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods: In addition to different methods of capsulotomy and without viscoelastic, the rest were performed cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation according to the conventional ECCE + IOL method. Results: In 146 eyes (152 eyes), the visual acuity recovered to ≤0.1 in one week after surgery, accounting for 1.9%; 82 eyes ranging from 0.2 to 0.5% (accounting for 54%); 8 of 57 eyes, accounting for 38%; 0 .9 ~ 1.0 above 10 eyes, accounting for 6%. A month later visual acuity results: ≥ 0 .5 ~ 0. 9 were 104 eyes, accounting for 68%; ≥ 1.0 or more 24 eyes, accounting for 16%. Common complications were corneal edema and endothelial opacity (71 eyes, 46%), uveitis (45 eyes, 29%) and partial anterior capsule (6 eyes, 3.2%) , Cortex (10 eyes, accounting for 6.5%), posterior capsule rupture caused by vitreous prolapse led to less pupil (7 eyes, accounting for 4.6%). CONCLUSIONS: Air filled anterior chamber for intraocular lens implantation is an easy-to-use, cost-effective method that eliminates the need for expensive viscoelastics, short procedure times, less tissue damage, fewer complications, and better visual acuity advantage.
