以WCl_6-AlEt_3-Bz_2O_2为催化剂,对在甲苯中合成顺式聚环戊烯橡胶进行了研究。实验表明,活化剂对聚合物的链节结构影响很大,过氧化苯甲酸为活化剂,得到顺式结构的聚合物;聚合温度-40℃,聚合3小时后转化率达70%以上,顺式含量大于80%;以Al(i-Bu)_3为助催化剂时,得到的聚合物分子量大;比较了甲苯、氯苯和汽油3种溶剂的效果,以甲苯和氯苯为溶剂时的聚合活性最好,丁烯-1可用来调节聚合物的分子量。
The synthesis of cis-polycyclopentene rubber in toluene with WCl 6 -AlEt 3 -Bz 2 O 2 as catalyst was studied. Experiments show that the activator has a great influence on the structure of the polymer chain and benzoic acid as the activator to obtain the cis-structure polymer.
