急性阑尾炎是外科常见病多发病,老年急性阑尾炎随着我国人口老龄化也在逐渐增多,我院自1983～2005年共收治老年急性阑尾炎115例,占同期急性阑尾炎6.4％(115／1773)。本文就其临床特点分析如下。
Acute appendicitis is a common disease in surgical field. Acute appendicitis in elderly patients is gradually increasing with the population aging in our country. A total of 115 elderly patients with acute appendicitis were admitted to our hospital from 1983 to 2005, accounting for 6.4% (115/1773) of acute appendicitis in the same period.
