中国新文学,如果从1906年胡适探讨用白话写新诗算起,已走过百年历程。其间经历了由白话成长为现代汉语语言媒介的变迁及各种文体从最初的孱弱到渐趋成熟的过程,涌现出了诸多成果丰硕的作家,诞生了一批能够经得起时间检验的作品。但中国新文学是否具有本土性特质,仍面临着被质疑、被拷问的境地。在新中国成立60周年之际,重新检视中国新文化同西方文化以及传统中国文化的关系,探讨中国新文学的本土性特质,具有重要的历史和现实意义。因此,基于对中国新文学本土特质现状的思考,我们特开设“本土化与中国新文学”专栏,以便对此问题展开更为深入、细致的探讨。首期我们是以笔谈的形式,隆重推出逄增玉教授的《本土化视野中的文学史思考与书写》、袁国兴教授的《话剧艺术的本土化步履与“戏”意识的蜕变》和罗振亚教授的《重铸古典风骨———中国现代主义诗歌对传统诗歌接受管窥》,以飨读者。逄增玉先生的文章惯于作宏观而富于思辨性的学术题材选择,将对中国新文学史的重述放在本土化视野中,结合对“中国中心观”历史观的考察,对五四文学、赵树理的小说得出了新鲜而富有创建性的结论,值得关注。袁国兴先生的文章从其一贯“小心求证”的学术严谨性出发,在其最为熟稔和一直引领学术研究方向的话剧领域做了看似微细但却扎实的工作,从“戏”意识的蜕变来思考话剧的本土化过程,引人拍案。罗振亚教授则专注于中国现代主义诗歌对传统汉语诗歌资源的接受,用大量深厚而细致的文本细读来发现和重构中国现代主义诗歌的古典景象,为重新认识汉语新诗与传统文学的关系做了颇富启发性的研究。相信这三篇文章的刊发将会把“本土化与中国新文学”论题的探究和思索提升到一个新的高度,同时希望广大作者、读者积极参与到此论题的探讨中来,踊跃为本刊撰稿、投稿。
Chinese new literature has come a hundred years if it was written in 1906 when Hu Shi discussed writing new poems in vernacular. In the meantime, through the process of the change from the vernacular into the modern Chinese language medium and the various styles from the initial weakness to maturity, many fruitful writers emerged and a batch of works that could stand the test of time were born. However, whether Chinese new literature has its own local characteristics is still confronted with being questioned and tortured. On the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, it is of historical and practical significance to review the relationship between China’s new culture and Western culture as well as traditional Chinese culture and discuss the native characteristics of Chinese new literature. Therefore, based on the consideration of the current situation of the local traits of Chinese new literature, we specially set up the column of “Localization and Chinese New Literature” in order to conduct a more in-depth and detailed discussion on this issue. In the first phase, we introduced Professor Zeng Zengyu’s “Thinking and Writing of Literary History in a Local Perspective” in the first phase. Professor Yuan Guoxing’s “Localization and Drama” and “Transformation of Consciousness in Theater Arts” and Professor Luo Zhenya The “recast classical style - Chinese modern poetry on the traditional poetry to accept the glimpse” in order to readers. Mr. Zeng Zengyu’s essay is used to make macroscopic and speculative academic subject choices. He puts the restatement of the history of Chinese new literature on the horizon of localization.
