近日,中国保健协会发布减肥保健品消费警示。根据该协会对今年6到8月全国27个省区多家都市类报纸发布的减肥保健品广告监测显示,此类产品广告违规现象严重,95.16%的减肥保健食品存在标示问题,近7成的产品还违规使用专家和消费者名义和形象,且通过绝对性语言承诺功效。中国保健协会负责人分析认为,减肥保健食品广告违规主要是三大项:未标明必须标注内容、使用绝对性语言
Recently, China Health Care Association issued a warning on the consumption of weight-loss health products. According to the Association’s monitoring of the advertisements of weight-loss health products published by a number of urban newspapers in 27 provinces and districts from June to August this year, the advertising violations of such products are serious, and 95.16% of weight-loss health food products have marking problems, accounting for nearly 70% of the total. The products also use the names and images of experts and consumers in violation of the regulations, and are committed to absolute language efficacy. According to the analysis of the person in charge of the China Health Association, there are mainly three major violations of the ads for weight loss health food products: the content must not be marked and the absolute language must be used.
