目的:探讨芪白平肺胶囊(原名金泰胶囊)对痰瘀阻肺证慢阻肺模型大鼠肺功能的影响。方法:采用复合因素造模方法复制痰瘀阻肺证慢阻肺大鼠模型,造模的同时给予芪白平肺胶囊、川芎嗪、硝苯地平,观察大鼠一般状况,并测定第零点3秒用力呼气容量(FEV0.3)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)等肺功能指标。结果:模型组FVC、FEV0.3、FEV0.3/FVC等指标较正常组明显下降(P<0.01);硝苯地平组各参数较模型组无改善,川芎嗪组FVC、FEV0.3、FEV0.3/FVC较模型组有明显改善(P<0.01);芪白平肺胶囊可明显提高FVC、FEV0.3、FEV0.3/FVC(P<0.01),且高剂量组与正常组无差异,但明显优于低剂量组,呈剂量依存性。结论:芪白平肺胶囊可有效阻止痰瘀阻肺证慢阻肺模型大鼠肺功能的下降。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qibai Pingfei capsule (formerly Jintai capsule) on pulmonary function in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: The model of COPD was established by compound factor modeling method. The rats were treated with Qibai Pingfei capsule, ligustrazine and nifedipine, and the general condition of rats was observed. 3 seconds forced expiratory volume (FEV0.3), forced vital capacity (FVC), peak expiratory flow (PEF) and other pulmonary function indicators. Results: The indexes of FVC, FEV0.3 and FEV0.3 / FVC in the model group were significantly lower than those in the normal group (P <0.01). The parameters of the nifedipine group were not improved compared with the model group, and the FVC, FEV0.3, FEV0 (P <0.01). Qibai Pingfei capsule could significantly improve FVC, FEV0.3, FEV0.3 / FVC (P <0.01), and there was no difference between high dose group and normal group , But significantly better than the low dose group, was dose-dependent. Conclusion: Qibai Pneumoconiosis Capsule can effectively prevent the decline of pulmonary function in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
