目的:研究乳腺癌组织中p53、bcl-2、PCNA的表达及ER、PR的水平与其病理分期、组织学分级和预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测57例术后乳腺癌标本p53、bc1-2、PCNA的表达和ER、PR的水平。结果:乳腺癌组织学分级低,bc1-2的阳性表达率高;乳腺癌的临床分期晚和组织学分级高,p53和PCNA呈高表达,而ER、PR则呈低表达。结论:乳腺癌患者bc1-2、ER的过度表达者预后好,p53、PCNA的过度表达则预后不良。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of p53, bcl-2 and PCNA in breast cancer and the relationship between the levels of ER and PR and the pathological stage, histological grade and prognosis. Methods: The expression of p53, bc1-2, PCNA and ER, PR in 57 cases of postoperative breast cancer specimens were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: The histological grade of breast cancer was low, the positive rate of bc1-2 was high. The clinical stage and histological grade of breast cancer were high, the expression of p53 and PCNA were high, while the expression of ER and PR was low. Conclusion: The overexpression of bc1-2 and ER in patients with breast cancer has a good prognosis, and the overexpression of p53 and PCNA results in poor prognosis.
