采用相转移法研制单分散a-Fe_2O_3超细粉,研究了制备工艺对Fe_2O_3萃取率的影响,并对起细粉进行了X射线衍射、透射电镜和红外光谱表征。结果表明:无机溶胶的pH值、表面活性剂的用量、草取剂等对超细粉的产率有影响,超细粉的颗粒尺寸约40nm,为稳定的非晶态单分散Fe_2O_3.就所制备的超细a-Fe_2O_3粉末的气体灵敏度而言,相转移法优于化学沉淀法。
The monodisperse a-Fe_2O_3 superfine powder was prepared by phase-transfer method. The effect of preparation process on the extraction rate of Fe_2O_3 was studied. The fines were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the pH value of inorganic sol, the amount of surfactant and the extract of grass had an impact on the yield of ultrafine powder. The particle size of ultrafine powder was about 40 nm, which was stable amorphous monodisperse Fe_2O_3. In terms of the gas sensitivity of the prepared ultrafine a-Fe 2 O 3 powder, the phase transfer method is superior to the chemical precipitation method.
