本文研究了如何采用俄歇电子能谱(AES)和x射线光电子能谱(XPS又称ESCA)技术来测定磨削氧化膜的组成及厚度。在解决测试方法的基础上,进一步研究了磨削热对磨削氧化膜厚度以及磨削氧化膜厚度对材料耐腐蚀性能的影响。
This paper studies how to determine the composition and thickness of the oxide films by Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). On the basis of solving the test method, the effect of grinding heat on the thickness of grinding oxide film and the thickness of oxide film on the corrosion resistance of the material was further studied.
