酒店是一个劳动力密集的特殊行业,对员工素质、员工流动有着更高的要求,因而人力资源管理的难度也较大。人力资源管理外包为中国酒店的管理创新提供了一种新的选择,也带来了艰难的挑战。本文简要阐述了人力资源管理外包的含义,列举了我国酒店人力资源方面存在的主要问题,论述了酒店行业实行管理外包的重要意义,最后给出了针对性的建议和意见。
Hotel is a labor-intensive special industry, the quality of staff, staff turnover have higher requirements, human resources management is also more difficult. Human resource management outsourcing has provided a new choice for management innovation of Chinese hotels and brought difficult challenges. This article briefly describes the meaning of human resource management outsourcing, lists the main problems in China’s hotel human resources, discusses the importance of the management of outsourcing in the hotel industry, and finally gives the targeted suggestions and opinions.
