本文选取16项主要指标进行游客抽样调查,运用IPA分析法与对鼓浪屿游客满意度进行了实证分析。研究表明,游客对其自然环境和特色建筑等较为满意,是需要努力保持的优势项目;对交通便利程度、社区好客度等满意度较低,是今后建设的重点。 This paper selects 16 major indicators for tourists sample survey, the use of IPA analysis and Gulangyu tourists satisfaction empirical analysis. The research shows that tourists are more satisfied with their natural environment and characteristic buildings, which are the advantageous items that need to be kept. The tourists are less satisfied with the transportation convenience and the community hospitality, which are the key points for future construction.
