张家口市文化品牌创意产业的发展要走创新驱动的道路,才能实现张家口市文化事业的大繁荣大发展目标。通过对张家口市创意品牌现状分析,提出创新人才培养体系健全,发挥创意群体创新推动与引领作用,政府制定持续的创新政策等三点建议。
