目的探讨中药复方肤敏膏对Na OH致创面愈合和瘢痕形成的影响。方法以豚鼠背部皮肤化学灼烧伤为模型,测定愈合时间、开始长毛时间;造模后取豚鼠皮肤全层组织,切片,HE染色,观察并计数毛细血管数、测定纤维细胞层厚度。结果肤敏膏高剂量、低剂量组均能促进愈合、缓减纤维细胞层增厚,防止毛细血管减少。结论肤敏膏可缓减Na OH灼烧反应,促进愈合,缓减病理性瘢痕的形成。
Objective To investigate the effect of Fufangfujing cream on NaWi-induced wound healing and scar formation. Methods Guinea pigs with chemical burn injury on the back of the skin were taken as the model to measure the healing time and begin the long hair time. After the model was made, the whole layer of the guinea pig skin was sectioned and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE). The number of capillaries was observed. Results Skin sensitive cream high-dose, low-dose group can promote healing, reduce the thickening of the fibrous cell layer, to prevent capillary reduction. Conclusion Skin cream can reduce Na OH burning reaction, promote healing, reduce the formation of pathological scar.
