1979年至1980年间,全国对15岁以上成年人进行高血压抽样普查,结果表明.我国高血压的平均患病率为4.85%,其中北方心血管患病率高于南方.除西藏高原情况特殊外,北京地区患病率最高,达9.53%;广东最低,只有2.4%.与1959年比较,北京地区高血压患病率上升了100%,而上海等南方省市只上升了50%.北京地区.血压的患病率如此之高,除导致高血压的其它因素外,膳食因素不容忽视.本文试就调查中发现的一些问题,对北京地区高血压患病率高的膳食因素谈些浅见.
Between 1979 and 1980, the national census of hypertension among adults over the age of 15 showed that the average prevalence rate of hypertension in China was 4.85%, of which the prevalence of cardiovascular disease in the north was higher than that of the south. Except for the special case of the Tibetan Plateau The highest prevalence in Beijing was 9.53% and the lowest in Guangdong was only 2.4%. Compared with 1959, the prevalence of hypertension in Beijing increased by 100%, while that in Shanghai and other southern provinces only increased by 50% .Beijing Area.The prevalence of blood pressure is so high, in addition to other factors leading to hypertension, dietary factors can not be ignored.This paper try to investigate some of the problems found in the Beijing area of high prevalence of high blood pressure diet factors .
