采用扩散氢试验方法、插销试验方法和热影响区最高硬度试验方法研究了扩散氢与X100管线钢临界断裂应力之间的关系。结果表明:X100管线钢在不预热条件下,防止冷裂纹产生的临界扩散氢含量约为3.65 m L/100g,临界应力为573 MPa;焊接HAZ宏观硬度最大317.6 HV10,小于冷裂纹产生临界硬度350 HV10,冷裂纹倾向较小。
The relationship between diffusion hydrogen and critical fracture stress of X100 pipeline steel was studied by means of diffusion hydrogen test, bolt test method and the maximum hardness test in the heat affected zone. The results show that the critical hydrogen diffusivity of X100 pipeline steel is 3.65 m L / 100g and the critical stress is 573 MPa. The macro-hardness of welded HAZ is 317.6 HV10, which is less than the critical hardness of cold crack 350 HV10, cold crack less tendency.
