以BaTiO3和TiO2为原料,采用传统制备工艺,混合后的粉料于不同合成温度(800—1150℃)和不同保温时间(1/60—64h)进行固相合成反应.基于对合成产物的相分析,研究了Ba2Ti9O20的合成过程.最终制备出单相的Ba2Ti9O20粉体和致密的(大于理论密度值的98%)Ba2Ti9O20陶瓷(1240—1300℃,3h).
BaTiO3 and TiO2 were used as raw materials and the traditional preparation process was used. The mixed powders were subjected to solid phase synthesis reaction at different synthesis temperature (800-1150 ℃) and different holding time (1/60-64h). Based on the phase analysis of the synthesized product, the synthesis of Ba2Ti9O20 was studied. Finally, single-phase Ba2Ti9O20 powder and dense (more than 98% of the theoretical density) Ba2Ti9O20 ceramics were prepared (1240-1300 ℃, 3h).
