钻孔灌注桩具有整桩成形,单桩承载力高,可穿过各种土层,还可满足各种不同使用功能的需要特点,在水利工程、桥梁工程、港口工程及地基处理工程中得到广泛的应用。但是由于其施工工艺性较高,涉及的环节较多,在实际施工中,由于某方面的工作没有做好,容易形成断桩现象,从而影响工程的工期和经济效益。笔者从南京龙池立交桥、泗洪窑河大桥、宁通路广陵立交桥、淮阴废黄河大桥等多处工程施工实践中,综合经验认为,在钻孔灌注桩施工中,只要及时的做好预防和处理,就能有效地保证钻孔灌注桩的质量。
