近年来推广小量持续静脉滴注胰岛素疗法,但出现了容器对胰岛素吸附作用较大的弊病。作者应用HPLC测定容器吸附胰岛素稀溶液的作用及其防止的方法。层析条件、样品溶液的配制及测定方法同前报。结果与讨论:1.玻璃容器与输液管道吸附胰岛素情况:(1)经硅烷化处理的疏水性大的玻璃容器(安瓿),胰岛素回收率约为30%;未经处理的回收率约为70%。实验结果表
In recent years to promote a small amount of continuous intravenous insulin therapy, but the container has a greater role in the absorption of insulin ills.
