板形调控功效是板形控制技术的核心所在 ,也是板形自动控制系统模型设计的主要依据。运用有限元软件对 2 0 3 0冷连轧机组DSR支持辊的板形调控功效进行仿真研究。通过分析比较各工况因素对调控功效的影响 ,建立了DSR板形调控功效矩阵。研究结果对DSR板形闭环自动控制系统的开发具有重要的现实意义
Shape control efficiency is the core of the shape control technology, but also the main basis for the automatic control system model design. Finite element software is used to simulate the plate-shaped control effect of the DSR supporting roller of a 2030 tandem cold rolling mill. By analyzing and comparing the effect of various working conditions on the regulation and control efficiency, a matrix of DSR shape control efficiency was established. The research results have important practical significance for the development of DSR closed-loop automatic control system
