目的 :了解一种稳定性二氧化氯消毒液的杀菌效果。方法 :对该消毒液进行了悬液定量杀菌实验、稳定性试验及有机物影响试验。结果 :含量为 30mg L的二氧化氯消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 5min ,杀灭率为 99 97% ,含量为 10 0mg L的二氧化氯消毒液作用 30min、含量为 2 0 0mg L的消毒液作用 5min ,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率分别为 99 90 %和 99 92 % ;当菌悬液中含小牛血清 2 5 %和 5 0 %时 ,对含 4 0 0mg L的二氧化氯消毒液杀枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的效果分别有中度和重度影响 ;未加酸活化的该二氧化氯消毒液于 5 4°C恒温箱中放置 14d后二氧化氯含量下降率为 9 2 9%。结论 :该液是一种杀菌效果与稳定性好 ,且受有机物影响较大的消毒液
Objective: To understand the bactericidal effect of a stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods: The disinfectant suspension quantitative disinfection experiments, stability tests and organic effects test. Results: The chlorine dioxide disinfectant with the content of 30mg L had the effect of Staphylococcus aureus for 5min, the killing rate was 99 97%, the chlorine dioxide disinfectant with the content of 10mg L was 30min, the content was 200mg L Liquid for 5min, the killing rates of Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores were 99 90% and 99 92%, respectively. When the bacterial suspension contained 25% and 50% calf serum, Chlorine disinfectant killed Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores were moderate and severe effects respectively; without acid activated chlorine dioxide disinfectant in 5 4 ° C incubator placed 14d after chlorine dioxide decreased rate of 9 2 9%. Conclusion: The liquid is a bactericidal effect and stability, and by the greater impact of organic disinfectant
