通过上海地区建筑节能推进中的问题思考分析,反映与建筑节能发展要求不相适应的地方,从政策、体制、机制、创新、管理和激励制度等方面提出相应的对策,推进本地区建筑节能的健康发展。以上海市为切入点,着重介绍上海浦东新区,分析思考建筑节能存在的一些问题,研究推进的对策,为实现本地区建筑节能的健康发展提供借鉴。 Through thinking and analysis of problems in promoting energy saving of buildings in Shanghai, and reflecting the incompatibility with the requirements of energy saving in buildings, we put forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of policies, systems, mechanisms, innovation, management and incentive system to promote energy saving in buildings in this area healthy growth. Taking Shanghai as an entry point, the paper mainly introduces Shanghai Pudong New Area, analyzes some problems existing in building energy conservation, and studies countermeasures to promote it, so as to provide reference for the healthy development of building energy saving in this area.
