通过对目前国内二十余种法律社会学教材类著作的研究,总结法律社会学教材的特点与不足,对于法律社会学学科的建设具有十分重要的意义。首先对1987~2012年法律社会学教材类著作知识生产概况进行描述和分类,并在此基础上分别从宏观与微观两个角度对其进行深入分析,内容涉及法律社会学教材的基本体例及问题域、法律社会学概念、研究对象、研究范围、研究方法、学术脉络、具体问题等方面,从而总结出当前法律社会学教材类著作的基本特点以及存在的问题,为我国法律社会学教材及学科走向成熟与完善提供有益的参考。
Through the study of more than twenty kinds of legal sociology textbooks at present, summarizing the characteristics and deficiencies of legal sociology teaching materials is of great significance to the construction of legal sociology.
