随着国民经济不断发展和国防工业之需要,对耐酸不锈钢的品种、规格、质量提出更高的要求。超低碳镍铬不锈钢作为耐蚀的重要材料已在世界各国迅速发展起来。我国于一九六五年试制成功。本文专就国产超低碳不锈钢的特点、性能及试验结果概述于下,供有关部门参考。一、特点1.耐蚀性好。超低碳不锈钢在1050~1150℃淬火后,完全不产生晶间腐蚀倾向,并在焊后仍有好的耐蚀性,不出现刀口腐蚀。而稳定化钢(如1Cr18Ni9Ti)则在850~900℃保温4小时才不出现晶间腐蚀倾向,且焊后尚不能

Ultra-low carbon nickel-chromium stainless steel as an important corrosion-resistant material has rapidly developed in all countries in the world. Our country was successfully trial-produced in 1965. This article specifically for the characteristics of domestic ultra-low carbon stainless steel, performance and test results summarized below, for the relevant departments for reference.
