对掺 Cu 和 Cl的 Cd S Cd Se 双层光电导膜的暗电导和亮电导与掺杂浓度及 Cu/ Cl比的关系、响应时间和光谱响应进行了研究。试验发现: 适当的 Cu/ Cl掺杂比可使暗电导降低而亮电导提高; 掺杂薄膜的响应时间可达5~10 m s, 而对未掺杂薄膜, 一般为数百毫秒; 随着 Cd Se 浓度增加, 光学吸收变大, 光谱响应向长波移动
The dark conductance, bright conductance, doping concentration and Cu / Cl ratio, response time and spectral response of CdS-CdSe bilayer photoconductive films doped with Cu and Cl were studied. The results show that the appropriate doping ratio of Cu / Cl can reduce the dark conductance and increase the light conductance. The doping film can reach 5 ~ 10 m s in response time and hundreds of milliseconds in undoped film. The concentration of Cd Se increases, the optical absorption becomes larger, and the spectral response shifts to longer wavelengths
