Example 1, patient, 27 years old, in November 1996 with “infertility ” treatment. The patient had regular menstrual cramps and had an abortion at a local hospital for 12 weeks of pregnancy in 1994. Vaginal bleeding after a week, abdominal pain light, no other special discomfort, menstrual cramps, the law, but after 3 years has not pregnant, no other history of gynecology.
