集体林权制度改革明晰了产权,广大林农日益重视自己的权益,真正认识到山林是自己的资产财源,与此同时山林矛盾纠纷也日显突出。如何正确处理山林纠纷,已成为亟待解决的问题。为此,笔者就江西省遂川县山林纠纷调处工作的实践与探索谈点浅见。 The reform of the collective forest rights system has clarified the property rights.
