以新铁炮百合鳞片为外植体,进行组织培养的再生研究。结果表明:新铁炮百合中层鳞片基部诱导能力最强,其次是鳞片中段部分,内层鳞片分化能力差;鳞片切块内表面向上平放于培养基的接种方式最佳;诱导百合鳞片分化形成小鳞茎及组培苗的最佳培养基配方为MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 2.0 mg/L,诱导率高达161.7%。
Study on Regeneration of Tissue Culture with New Ligustrum Lily Scale as Explants.
