目的评价动态顺行性下肢静脉造影对下肢静脉疾病诊治的临床价值.方法:我科2001～2008年74例共96条肢体,临床表现主要是下肢静脉曲张、皮肤色素沉着或伴溃疡者进行动态顺行性下肢静脉造影。结果X线造影表现正常10条,单纯浅静脉.交通静脉瓣膜功能不全76条,深静脉瓣膜功能不全32条,静脉瘤样改变13条。深静脉附壁血栓14条,深静脉血栓形成6条。结论动态顺行性下肢静脉造影简便安全,创伤少,造影剂用量明显减少,适时观察静脉血管充盈情况并点片减少了患者射线照射量,可替代常规顺行性下肢静脉造影,作为常规诊断下肢静脉疾病的首选和可靠方法,能为血管外科治疗提供准确的诊断。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of dynamic antegrade venography of the lower extremity on the diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases of the lower extremities.Methods: A total of 96 limbs from 74 cases in our department from 2001 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The main clinical manifestations were varicose veins of the lower extremities, pigmentation or ulcer Acute venous angiography. Results X-ray showed 10 normal and simple superficial veins, there were 76 traffic insufficiency venous valves, 32 deep venous insufficiency valves and 13 venous aneurysms. There were 14 deep-wall mural thrombi and 6 deep-vein thrombosis. Conclusions The dynamic parallel venous angiography of the lower extremities is simple and safe, with less trauma and less dosage of contrast medium. It is feasible to observe the filling of venous blood vessels and spot to reduce the radiation dose of the patients. It can be used as an alternative to conventional venous angiography of the lower extremities, The first choice and reliable method of venous disease can provide an accurate diagnosis of vascular surgery.
