目的观察牛蒡根水提物对高血压大鼠血管重塑的影响及其机制。方法 50只雌性Wistar大鼠用N-硝基-L-精氨酸(L-NNA)建立高血压大鼠模型,随机分为模型组,阳性对照组(卡托普利15 mg/kg),牛蒡根水提物低、中、高剂量(0.5、1.0、2.0 g/kg)组,连续ig给药6周,检测大鼠收缩压(SBP),血清血管紧张素II(Ang-II)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,左心室质量指数(LVWI)及胸主动脉中膜厚度。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠SBP,血清Ang-II、ET-1、TNF-α水平,LVWI及胸主动脉中膜厚度显著升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各给药组大鼠SBP、血清Ang-II、ET-1、TNF-α水平,LVWI及胸主动脉中膜厚度均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论牛蒡根水提物可改善高血压大鼠血管重塑。
Objective To observe the effect of water extract of Arctium lappa on vascular remodeling in hypertensive rats and its mechanism. Methods Fifty female Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group, positive control group (captopril 15 mg / kg), nimodipine The cucumber root water extract was administered to rats in low, medium and high doses (0.5,1.0,2.0 g / kg) for 6 weeks. The SBP, Ang-II, ET-1, TNF-α, left ventricular mass index (LVWI) and thoracic aortic tunica media thickness. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of SBP, serum Ang-II, ET-1, TNF-α, LVWI and thoracic aortic tunica media in model group were significantly increased (P <0.05) The levels of SBP, serum Ang-II, ET-1, TNF-α, LVWI and thoracic aortic tunica intima were significantly decreased in the drug-treated rats (P <0.05). Conclusion The burdock root water extract can improve vascular remodeling in hypertensive rats.
