在国内首次用提拉法成功地生长出大尺寸改性的Cr∶LiSAF晶体Cr3+ ∶LiSr0 .8Ca0 .2 AlF6 ,晶体毛坯尺寸达2 5mm× 130mm。测量了该晶体在室温下的吸收及发射光谱 ,并实现了其闪光灯泵浦条件下的激光运转。单灯泵浦最大输出能量 5.2J,激光阈值 35.7J。
For the first time in China, large scale modified Cr: LiSAF crystals Cr3 +: LiSr0.8Ca0.2AlF6 were successfully grown by the Czochralski method and the size of the crystal was up to 250 mm × 130 mm. The absorption and emission spectra of the crystal at room temperature were measured and the laser operation under its flash pumping condition was achieved. Single lamp maximum output energy of 5.2J, laser threshold 35.7J.
