However, modern societies, where individuals are increasingly estranged, are unable to provide the rules with ideal spontaneous soil. At a time when China’s social situation is drastically changing and social division of labor is going further, the individual’s influence on the “law of legislation - external rules” is undoubtedly a further ideal way to achieve freedom and democracy.
