辊缝润滑技术在酒钢CSP工厂已经应用了多年。它对降低电耗、稳定生产、改善轧辊表面质量和带钢质量等都起到了积极的作用,但是油量的波动问题一直制约着系统作用的充分发挥。通过对酒钢CSP辊缝润滑系统油量不稳定问题的研究,利用分流的原理提高了油泵的转速,有效解决了油泵电机因转速低而扭矩不足的问题,从而稳定了油量的控制,同时对头尾油量的控制进行了优化,取得了显著的效果,为同类企业使用辊缝润滑或小流量、精密、稳定控制提供借鉴。

It plays a positive role in reducing power consumption, stabilizing production, improving roll surface quality and strip quality, but the fluctuation of oil quantity has always restricted the full play of the system function. Through the research on the instability of oil in CSP roll gap lubrication system of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the principle of diversion is used to increase the rotation speed of the oil pump, which effectively solves the problem of low torque due to low speed of the oil pump motor, The head and tail oil volume control has been optimized, and achieved remarkable results for similar companies to use roll gap lubrication or small flow, precision and stability control can provide reference.
