二氧化碳排放与经济增长之间的关系一直是学术界关注的焦点问题。运用IPCC推荐的二氧化碳计算方法测算了1997—2014年长三角地区的二氧化碳排放量,并通过构建基于脱钩理论的Tapio脱钩模型,实证研究了长三角地区二氧化碳排放与经济增长之间的脱钩关系及程度,分析了二者脱钩弹性发展的时间演变趋势。结果表明,长三角地区各省市二氧化碳与经济增长的脱钩关系发展呈现不平衡状态,弱脱钩、扩张连接、强脱钩的状态交替出现,多数时期处于弱脱钩状态。在此基础上,进一步分析了长三角地区二氧化碳与经济增长脱钩弹性变化差异的原因,并提出了相应的政策建议。
The relationship between carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth has always been the focus of academic attention. Using the carbon dioxide calculation method recommended by IPCC, the carbon dioxide emissions in the Yangtze River Delta Region during 1997-2014 were calculated. Based on the Tapio decoupling model based on the decoupling theory, the decoupling relationship between the carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta region was empirically studied , Analyzes the time evolution trend of the de-hooking elasticity development. The results show that the decoupling relationship between carbon dioxide and economic growth in all provinces and municipalities in the Yangtze River Delta region shows an unbalanced development. The conditions of weak decoupling, expanding interconnection and strong decoupling appear alternately, and in most of the periods they are in a weak decoupling state. On this basis, this paper further analyzes the reasons for the difference in the elasticity of carbon dioxide decoupling from economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta, and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
