咖啡因(Ⅰ)、醋氨酚(Ⅱ)和异丙安替比林(Ⅲ)是退热剂的成分,用 GC 法对含有上述药的混合物进行了分离和测定,二乙氨乙茶碱(Ⅳ)为内标。(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)和(Ⅲ)的保留时间分别为3.06,2.38和4.46min。其校正曲线呈直线的浓度范围分别为:(Ⅰ)0.77~2.15×10~(-3)mol/L,(Ⅱ)2.64~10.57×10~(-3)mol/L,(Ⅲ)1.73~7.78×10~(-3)mol/L。试验证明可同时测定混合物中的(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)和(Ⅲ)。标准溶液用甲醇分别配制成如下标准溶液:(Ⅰ)1.56 mmol/L,(Ⅱ)7.89mmol/L,(Ⅲ)5.28 mmol/L 和(Ⅳ)6.33mmol/L。
Caffeine (I), acetaminophen (II) and isoprenaline (III) are components of antipyretics. The mixtures containing the above drugs were isolated and assayed by GC. Diethylaminoetophylline (Ⅳ) as an internal standard. The retention times of (I), (II) and (III) were 3.06, 2.38 and 4.46 min, respectively. The linear range of the calibration curve is as follows: (Ⅰ) 0.77 ~ 2.15 × 10 -3 mol / L, (Ⅱ) 2.64 ~ 10.57 × 10 -3 mol / L, (Ⅲ) 1.73 ~ 7.78 × 10 ~ (-3) mol / L. Tests have shown that (I), (II) and (III) in the mixture can be determined simultaneously. The standard solution was formulated into the following standard solutions with methanol: (Ⅰ) 1.56 mmol / L, (Ⅱ) 7.89 mmol / L, (Ⅲ) 5.28 mmol / L and (Ⅳ) 6.33 mmol / L.
