本文研究了低脂果胶对稀土金属镧(Ⅲ)的吸附性能。采用单因素实验分别考察了吸附时间、pH值、吸附温度、吸附剂用量以及镧(Ⅲ)的浓度对果胶吸附容量的影响。采用正交试验确定了果胶吸附镧的较优工艺条件。结果表明,最佳的吸附时间为60min,pH值为2.0,吸附温度为45℃,吸附剂用量为0.01g,镧(Ⅲ)的浓度为15.0μg·m L~(-1)。经过验证的吸附的较优工艺条件为:pH为3.0,温度为35℃,吸附剂用量为0.01g,镧浓度为15.0μg·m L~(-1),吸附时间为80min。
In this paper, the adsorption of lanthanum (Ⅲ) by low-fat pectin was studied. The effects of adsorption time, pH value, adsorption temperature, adsorbent dosage and lanthanum (Ⅲ) concentration on the adsorption capacity of pectin were investigated by single factor experiments. Orthogonal test was used to determine the optimum conditions of lanthanum adsorption on pectin. The results showed that the optimum adsorption time was 60min, the pH value was 2.0, the adsorption temperature was 45 ℃, the amount of adsorbent was 0.01g and the concentration of lanthanum (Ⅲ) was 15.0μg · m L -1. The experimental results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions were as follows: the pH was 3.0, the temperature was 35 ℃, the amount of adsorbent was 0.01g, the concentration of lanthanum was 15.0μg · m L -1, and the adsorption time was 80min.
