随着我国经济体制的不断改革,为了适应当前市场经济,我国在税制改革中提出“营改增”政策,该政策在各地进行试点之后,反应良好,使得税制改革的效果也越来越明显,并在经济体制改革中发挥了强有力的推进作用。“营改增”政策的实施,在给大多数企业带来了新的机遇的同时,也使得企业所面临的挑战随之增加。与其他企业相比,由于营业税被取代,增值税的征收范围扩大,物业管理所要面临的挑战更加多。“营改增”政策对于物业管理企业来说影响颇深,所以物业管理企业需要在挑战之中找到突破口,有效应对企业所面临的风险,找到企业规避风险的对策。本文试从分析物业管理企业在营改增政策实施后受到的影响入手,制定物业管理企业在面对新政策所带来的影响以及挑战时,应该实施何种应对策略。

This article tries to start with the analysis of the impact of property management enterprises after the implementation of the policy of increasing tax in batches, and what kind of coping strategies should be implemented when the property management companies face the impact and challenges caused by the new policies.
