长柱塞防砂卡抽油泵内筒与外筒之间有一个环空沉砂通道,沉砂可沿此通道进入尾管,而且柱塞在油井生产中始终有一部分外露于泵筒,可防止沉砂进入柱塞与泵筒之间的间隙。现场19口井次的应用表明,在出砂量小于1%的油井中可直接下泵生产,能保证油井在生产过程中或停抽后不会砂卡或砂埋柱塞。在出砂量大于1%的油井中可先进行化学防砂,再下入防砂泵,能有效地延长防砂后油井的免修期。由于这种泵具有防砂卡、防砂埋及耐磨蚀三个功能,可有效地解决出砂油井生产周期短、吨油生产成本高的问题。但这种泵存在检泵时无法泄油的问题,增加了作业施工工作量,同时造成环境污染。
