以凤尾竹(Bambusa multiplexcv.Fernleaf)、孝顺竹(Bambusa multiplex(Lour.)Raeuschelex J)、四季竹(Sinobambusa tootsik(Sieb.)Makino)3种观赏竹为试材,研究了自然干旱胁迫条件对3种观赏竹叶片的质膜透性(PMP)、叶片组织含水量(RWC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:随着干旱时间的延长,3个竹种的丙二醛含量都在不断增加,叶片质膜透性呈增加趋势,而叶片组织含水量和叶绿素含量呈下降趋势。采用模糊隶属函数法综合评价3个竹种的抗旱性,表明四季竹的抗旱性最强,其次是孝顺竹,凤尾竹的相对最弱。
Three ornamental bamboo species, Bambusa multiplex cv. Fernleaf, Bambusa multiplex (Lour.) Raeuschelex J and Sinobambusa tootsik (Sieb.) Makino, were used as experimental materials to study the effects of natural drought stress (PMP), leaf water content (RWC), malondialdehyde (MDA) content and chlorophyll content of three ornamental bamboo leaves. The results showed that with the prolongation of drought time, the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in three species of bamboo were increasing, the permeability of plasma membrane in leaves increased, while the content of water and chlorophyll in leaves decreased. The fuzzy membership function method was used to evaluate the drought resistance of three bamboo species, which indicated that the drought resistance of the four-season bamboo was the strongest, followed by the filial bamboo and the phoenix-caudal bamboo.
