成年雄性大鼠72只,分为盐水组和给药组(注射D-半乳糖胺)。给药后 1、2、3、4、5、7和10天取甲状腺进行组织化学和免疫组织化学染色。结果表明,给药组甲状腺滤泡发生明显变化。给药后第1~3天,滤泡腔略变大,滤泡细胞变矮,胶体增多;除ATPase外,RNA、ACP、SDH、G6PDH和PO反应均减弱;滤泡细胞内胶体小滴数量减少;腔内T_3、T_4免疫反应物含量降低其中以第2天为最明显。给药后第5天,上述各项指标比盐水组均增强、增多。自给药后第7天起,各项指标均趋向恢复。结果提示注射D-半乳糖胺后,甲状腺滤泡的变化似与肝损伤和肝再生过程存在着密切关系。
72 adult male rats were divided into saline group and administration group (injection of D-galactosamine). Thyroids were taken at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 days after administration for histochemical and immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that there was a significant change in the thyroid follicles in the administration group. On the 1st to the 3rd day after administration, the follicular cavity became slightly larger, the follicular cells became shorter, and the colloids increased; RNA, ACP, SDH, G6PDH, and PO responses were all decreased except for ATPase; the number of colloidal droplets in the follicular cells was decreased. Decreased; intraluminal T_3, T_4 immunoreactive substance content decreased which was the most obvious on the second day. On the 5th day after administration, the above indicators were all increased and increased compared with the saline group. From the 7th day after the administration, all indicators tend to recover. The results suggest that changes in thyroid follicles after injection of D-galactosamine appear to be closely related to liver injury and liver regeneration.
