目的研究新癀片外敷联合西药治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法选取住院治疗确诊的痛风性关节炎急性期患者82例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各41例。入组的患者均只累及1个关节,两组患者均使用秋水仙碱片联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用米醋调制的新癀片外敷患处,每日2次。3天为研究观察的终点,所有患者均治疗3天以上。结果经过治疗,治疗组总体有效率为95%,对照组总体有效率为81%,两组治疗的有效率比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组优于对照组。结论外敷新癀片作为痛风性关节炎的辅助治疗可提高临床治疗的有效率,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the curative effect of gingivalgia combined with western medicine on gouty arthritis. Methods Eighty-two patients with acute gouty arthritis diagnosed by hospitalization were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 41) and control group (n = 41). The patients were involved in only one joint, two groups of patients were treated with colchicine tablets combined with diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets, the treatment group on the basis of the new vinegar tablets with vinegar topical application of the affected area twice daily. Three days were the end of the study visit and all patients were treated for more than three days. Results After treatment, the overall effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 81% in the control group. The effective rates of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion External application of new tablets as adjuvant treatment of gouty arthritis can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment, it is worth clinical promotion.
