老年高血压通常卧位时血压最高,坐位时次之,立体时最低。突然起立时可使血压突然或长时间下降。 平时要合理安排饮食:①低热能。如果体重过重,应节制饮食。②低胆固醇。避免食用过多的动物脂肪及胆固醇较高的食物。最好以植物油、黄豆及豆制品为主。③限制脂肪量。以豆油、菜籽油、芝麻油、玉米油为烹调用油。植物油也不宜食用过多。④低食盐。像咸菜、榨菜、酱豆腐等过咸食品宜少吃。⑤多食维生素和无机盐。即多食蔬菜和水果。碘有降低胆固醇的作用。海产品如海鱼、海虾、海蜇、海带、紫菜等含碘都很丰富。
