目的:研究地锦草的挥发性成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用技术对地锦草全草挥发性成分进行分析和鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法计算其相对百分含量。结果:从地锦草中共鉴定出22种成分,相对含量占挥发性成分总峰面积的93.89%,其中主要成分为酮(32.33%)、酸(25.32%)和酯(14.55%)等。结论:研究表明含量较高的挥发性成分为棕榈酸(20.35%)、植醇(16.41%)和2-甲氧基-4-乙烯苯酚(10.98%)。其中二氢猕猴桃内酯和可巴烯可能是地锦草主要的赋香成分。
Objective: To study the volatile components of Eupatorium. Methods: The volatile components of Allium urophylla were analyzed and identified by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS). The relative percentages were calculated by the peak area normalization method. Results: Twenty-two components were identified from the total area of Radix Bupleuri, with the relative content accounting for 93.89% of the total peak area of volatile components. The main components were ketone (32.33%), acid (25.32%) and ester (14.55%). Conclusion: The results showed that the volatile components with higher content were palmitic acid (20.35%), phytol (16.41%) and 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol (10.98%). Among them, dihydrogen kiwifrylactone and kaempferol may be the main constituents of F. fragrans.
