目的 研究各类晚期青光眼治疗及眼压控制方法。方法 对药物不能控制眼压 ,且不适宜眼外滤过手术的青光眼 ,采用DCS -Ⅱ型冷疗器对睫状体冷冻 ,并以药物辅助治疗。结果 睫状体冷冻术在降低眼压和缓解症状方面具有明显效果 ,但存在个别持续低眼压、白内障等并发症。结论 睫状体冷冻治疗青光眼的原理在于损伤睫状体上皮和睫状血管系统 ,减少房水生成 ,降低眼压 ,从而达到缓解疼痛和保存视力的目的。
Objective To study various types of advanced glaucoma treatment and intraocular pressure control methods. Methods The intraocular pressure (IOP) can not be controlled by the drug, and is not suitable for glaucoma undergoing extracorporeal filtration surgery. The Ciliary body is frozen by DCS-Ⅱ cold therapy device and treated with medicine. Results Ciliary body cryosurgery in reducing intraocular pressure and relieve symptoms have a significant effect, but there are some continuous low intraocular pressure, cataracts and other complications. Conclusion The principle of ciliary body cryotherapy for glaucoma is to damage the ciliary body epithelium and ciliary system, reduce the formation of aqueous humor and reduce intraocular pressure so as to relieve pain and preserve vision.
