对在役桥梁结构来说,一旦出现缺陷,就要中断或限制服务,这样就会造成巨大的经济损失。本文分析了目前我国在桥梁管理中存在的不足,借鉴国外工程实践中的相关概念,在桥梁管理中引入“用户成本”的概念,并根据国内桥梁管理的特点对其进行了更新。在工程经济学原理的基础上,提出了基于用户成本的桥梁管理策略。对于多个受损桥梁都需要进行维修、修复、加固或重建时,将会提高项目优先权决策的科学性,使有限资金发挥最大的效益。
For a bridge structure in service, once a defect has occurred, it is necessary to interrupt or limit the service, thus causing huge economic losses. This paper analyzes the existing shortcomings in bridge management in our country, draws on the related concepts in foreign engineering practice, introduces the concept of “user cost” in bridge management, and updates it according to the characteristics of domestic bridge management. Based on the principle of engineering economics, a bridge management strategy based on user cost is proposed. When multiple damaged bridges need to be repaired, rehabilitated, reinforced or reconstructed, the scientific priority of the project will be enhanced and the limited funds will be maximized.
