本文对云南丽江木多木衣果内宏量营养成份、常量及微量营养元素和氨基酸组成进行了较为全面的分析 ,木多木衣果中粗蛋白含量及钙、磷、钾、脯氨酸、天冬氨酸的含量比一般水果中的含量要高。本实验结果为进一步开发利用木多木衣果提供了依据
In this paper, the contents of macronutrients, macadamia, micronutrients and amino acids in the fruit of Mudu wood in Lijiang of Yunnan Province were comprehensively analyzed. The contents of crude protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, proline, Aspartic acid content than the average fruit content is higher.
