目的了解福建省某钼矿山开采前矿山周边人群全血中铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、钼(Mo)、镉(Cd)与铅(Pb)6种金属的水平及其在性别与地域分布上的差异。方法 采用分层、随机抽样的方法,对钼矿山周边5 km范围内的6个村庄的91名常住居民(年龄≥5岁)进行调查采样,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对采集的血样进行检测。结果该矿山周边人群全血中Cr、Cu、As、Mo、Cd、Pb质量浓度的几何均值分别为1.63、894.00、4.82、1.80、1.19、75.60μg/L,其中男性组全血中Pb、Cd质量浓度高于女性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.001);成年组男性血Cd的质量浓度高于成年组女性以及未成年组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 矿山开采前,当地人群全血中6种金属水平总体未发现明显的异常,但成年男性血Cd异常率高;当地人群血As、Mo水平稍高于国内其他地区。
Objective To understand the levels of chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), arsenic (As), molybdenum (Mo), cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) in whole blood of mine population around a mining molybdenum mine in Fujian Province, Its gender and geographical differences in the distribution. Methods Stratified and random sampling methods were used to survey 91 permanent residents (aged ≥ 5 years) in 6 villages within 5 km around the molybdenum mine, and the collected blood samples were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry . Results The geometric mean concentrations of Cr, Cu, As, Mo, Cd and Pb in the whole blood of the population around the mine were 1.63,894.00,4.82,1.80,1.19 and 75.60μg / L, respectively. The concentrations of Pb, Cd (P <0.05 or P <0.001). The concentration of serum cadmium in male adult group was higher than that in adult group and female group (P <0.05 or P <0.001), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Before mine mining, there were no obvious abnormalities in 6 kinds of metals in whole blood of local population. However, the abnormal rate of blood Cd in adult men was high. The blood levels of As and Mo in local population were slightly higher than those in other areas in China.
