在国家以经济建设为中心、军官来源大幅调整的形势下,为继续保持青年军官成长环境的吸引力,军队应从职业生涯管理的视角探明并满足青年军官的职业发展需求。受教育背景及成长经历作用,青年军官希望对职业生涯进行自我管理,并渴望取得良好的职业成长。军队应将组织职业生涯管理作为党管干部的具体措施,使组织目标与青年军官自我管理目标相协调,并搭建起利于获得职业成长的平台,从而满足青年军官职业发展需求。
Under the situation where the country takes economic construction as the center and the sources of military officers are drastically adjusted, in order to maintain the attractiveness of the growth environment for young officers, the military should identify and meet the career development needs of young officers from the perspective of career management. Under the educational background and growth experience, young officers hope to self-manage their careers and long for good career growth. The army should take the organization and career management as concrete measures for the party’s management of cadres, coordinate the organizational goals with the objectives of self-management of young officers and set up a platform conducive to career growth in order to meet the career development needs of young officers.
